• Shipping cost depends on basket value & destination, a shipping calculator in the cart allows you to check the shipping rate for your oder before starting to proceed with the check out.

• Untitled Story collection items are dispatched within 1-5 working days for items in stock, back order takes 1-4 weeks.
• Art & Prints are dispatched within 3-6 working days.
• Black Matter and bespoke lighting have variable lead time with a minimum of 4 weeks.

• Shipping method: Orders are sent as parcels when possible, with DPD, DHL & UPS. Larger item sent as pallet will be kerb delivery.
• Dispatch location: Untitled Story and Black Matter collections are dispatched from Germany. Art & prints are sent by Royal Mail from the UK.
• Transit time: 2-7 working days within Europe from dispatch
